We currently ship to the 48 lower states in the USA only. If you're within 5 miles radius from the store, we can do the local delivery.

Our standard shipping and handling rate is $6.99 for local delivery, $12 and up for nationwide shipping. The shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

At this time, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day of the week. The local delivery will be made within the same day. All nationwide shipping will be delivered Fedex overnight.

Some holiday shipping days may vary.

While temperatures vary throughout the year, we suggest retrieving your delivery within 2-4 hours of delivery. This will ensure the ice packs remain frozen, or in extreme weather conditions at least refrigerator cold (below 40°F) in which case your product remains safe.

Ice gel packs are reusable. Store them in your freezer and use them to keep food cold on road trips, picnics.

Because our products are perishable, it is our policy that products should never be returned to us except where specifically requested by the Ingle Butcher Shop. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number, name, item, and detail. We may offer you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item.
